Personal Training (In-Store)
This includes all kinds of topics tailored to the needs of the student. Some folks need to understand the basics while others need to know how to create a podcast or blog for their business. Personal training is a great way to learn at your pace.

Onsite Mac Service
If you have an issue with your Mac computer, Network or other technical devices. Sometimes it is easier if I come to you. We charge $110 per hour for onsite service. We do suggest you call first to make sure the repair you need would be more cost-effective it is done in our shop (A three-hour software download gets expensive real fast)
A fee is for the in-home service and is not refundable if an issue cannot be resolved.
In Shop Mac or Mobile phone Consultation
I do not charge for quick fixes under 15 minutes at the repair counter. Choose this option if you are not sure what is going on with your computer or phone. This is also the best option if you think that you will need to check your device.
Consultation does not replace training.
Remote Support
Sometimes it is easier if I call you and fix the problem over the phone. Buy a block of phone support and arrange a phone call.
