We are a mobile service and will come to your home or business to help you with your repair or training needs. Though not all repairs can be conducted in your home, we can also pick up and return your device (Service Area charges may apply). Or visit us at Lithgow Tech Services on Main street where we share space with the amazing Jackie. It’s always a good idea to call first as we might be out on a service call.
Free Service Area
We do not charge for home or office travel in the following areas. This includes the pickup and delivery of your devices. We will serve as far out as Penrith and Orange but additional charges will apply.

Software repairs
Depending on the nature of the software repairs, many issues can be fixed within the normal hour minimum service fee. However, now and then there are issues where we need to wait for the software to download (System updates, Restoring from Time Machine*, etc ) and that can take a long time. In situations like this, to save you money, we suggest that the device be taken to our shop allowing us to only charge you for the time a technician is actually working on the machine vs the meter running while we wait for the download. For big upgrades, we might need to set your device to run overnight.
Mac Hardware Repairs
Do to the nature of hardware repairs it is not safe to replace parts for an iMac or Macbook in your home. While it may sound like a good idea to have a tech come to your home to do the repairs it is actually a sign of a poorly trained technician who would allow such a repair.
We are happy to pick up your Mac and repair it in our shop then return it once we have finished the repair.
